Boasting a repertoire of our most popular wedding dishes, the food tasting menu is the perfect opportunity to try our food before your big day, to come back and visit us after your big day or just to have a fabulous meal!

Starters

Sweet potato & butternut squash soup, mini tin loaf and butter (v/ve)

Ham hock and grain mustard terrine, mixed pickles, crisp ciabatta

Trio of smoked trout, salmon and mackerel, Waldorf salad, horseradish crème fraiche

Herb crusted goats’ cheese, granary disc, roast baby beets, balsamic reduction (v)

Main Course

Nidderdale lamb rack, herb crust, mint roast aubergines, cherry vine tomatoes, rich demi-glace

Grain-fed chicken supreme, wrapped in Parma ham, fondant potato, sweet cider jus, sage crisps

Grilled fillet of sea bass, leek confit, crayfish, and chive cream

Butternut squash, kale & gruyere wellington, celeriac purée, toasted pine nuts, vine tomato sauce (v)

All main courses served with a selection of vegetables

Desserts

Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce, ice cream / cream / custard

Individual chocolate and brioche butter pudding, vanilla pod ice-cream
